Job Description
Austin based electrical contractor is looking for Current Licensed Field Supervisor.
WORK IN AUSTIN AND WACO AREA
- MUST hold current License with Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulations.
- Valid Identification
- Hotel and Apartment Experience
PREFERRED.
- Indoor/Outdoor work performed in ALL conditions.
- Good physical condition is needed.
- Must be reliable (on time and there every day)

- Supervise electrical field operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- QA/QC work performed by subs and other hands.
- Manage construction projects using specialized software like ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Utilize experience in construction management to lead and mentor field staff.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents for project execution.
