Pay Range:

$35•$45/hour CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Plumbing Foremen for a large-scale data center project in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This is a direct hire opportunity for strong field leaders who can manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep production moving on a fast-paced commercial jobsite.

Position Overview:

The Plumbing Foreman will lead a crew of 10-15 plumbers/pipefitters within a designated section of the project. This role requires hands-on experience in commercial plumbing systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate daily work while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a crew of 10-15 plumbers/pipefitters Oversee installation of PVC, water mains, and copper piping systems Coordinate overhead, above slab, and below slab piping installations Assist with installation and coordination of water chiller systems Perform and maintain QA/QC standards across all work Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing drawings Coordinate daily tasks and manpower with project leadership Report progress, issues, and needs directly to Superintendents Maintain jobsite safety, productivity, and quality

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman on commercial or industrial projects Experience leading crews of 10-15 workers Strong knowledge of plumbing and piping systems Experience with QA/QC processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
