The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of landscape construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Assist in daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed. Utilize construction management software such as jobber/quickbooks for project tracking and documentation. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and standards. Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide project execution. Schedule projects effectively, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Manage project estimating processes to maintain budgetary constraints while achieving project goals. Train and mentor team members in best practices for safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship. Skills Proficiency in using construction management software, including autocad, jobber, and procore. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Experience with tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical work. Excellent supervisory skills with a proven track record in leading teams effectively. Ability to perform quality control checks and implement corrective actions when necessary. Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics for various construction projects. Strong project scheduling capabilities to manage timelines efficiently. Knowledge of construction estimating techniques to assist in budgeting processes.
