Job Description

Company Overview At Prime Controls, you won't just supervise — you'll lead. As Electrical Superintendent, you will own the jobsite: directing your crew, driving schedules, coordinating across trades, and holding the standard on quality and safety from day one through final commissioning. You will work on technically complex systems integration projects alongside project managers and engineers, and your decisions will move the work. What you'll own Direct and supervise electrical crews on systems integration projects — wiring, terminations, I/O connections, PLC/RIO/LCP panels, and end devices — ensuring work is executed to spec, on schedule, and to code Own the weekly work plan: set priorities, assign personnel and subcontractors, and make sure materials and manpower are in place before they're needed Drive daily coordination with project managers, field crew leads, other trades, and the general contractor — resolving conflicts before they become delays Review and validate daily production reports; escalate issues that need management attention Inspect work in progress for quality, code compliance, and safety — ensuring the jobsite is clean, organized, and running to Prime Controls' standards Partner with the Quality Manager to ensure scopes are ready for QAQC inspections without rework Build strong relationships with owners, GC superintendents, and trade partners — you represent Prime Controls in the field Train and develop electricians and helpers so the team performs at the level the project demands
What You Bring Required:
5+ years of electrical field experience including field supervision Proven ability to direct crews and hold teams accountable to schedule and quality Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, and multi-trade coordination on active jobsites Enough technical fluency in
PLC/RIO/LCP
panels, I/O, and raceways to direct the work and catch problems
Preferred:

Pay:
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
