Job Description

Construction ForemanPurpose:
To effectively and efficiently lead a crew of installers
Objectives:
High understanding and passion for the direction of the company, its employees and its cultureEffectively coordinate and manage installation of assigned projects In/out of townEffectively communicate with installers, clients, and contractorsLegal documentation to workResponsible for field training new installers and other foremen Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of: processes, procedures and job dutiesDeliver fair assessments for crew evaluationsActively maintains professionalism in the workplace Must be reachable and available to work outside of normal business hours Attends Foremans Meetings as scheduled Expects and inspires the best in othersEnsure projects are completed safely, efficiently and according to planResponsible for maintaining company issued equipment and technology
Attributes/Experience/Skills:
Experience with Google platform and field software Able to perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracyAbility to accurately read tape measures and construction drawingsRelevant experience in construction, installation, and leading field crewsExperience with power tools, hand tools, lasers and levelsProven ability to effectively perform under pressure while problem solvingCertifications with aerial lifts and forklifts preferred
