This position is designed for someone ready to step up-prove themselves-and quickly grow into leading an entire division. What You'll Do Support and lead a team of plumbers and apprentices in the field Assist with daily scheduling, job oversight, and quality control Coach technicians on performance, customer service, and efficiency Ensure work meets code requirements and company standards Help drive team productivity, revenue, and accountability Partner with leadership to prepare for a transition into a management role What You Bring Experience as a Lead Plumber, Foreman, or Supervisor Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial plumbing systems Natural leadership ability with a desire to grow into management Strong communication and customer-facing skills Texas plumbing license preferred Growth Opportunity This role is built as a stepping stone into a Plumbing Manager position. As you demonstrate leadership, accountability, and the ability to drive results, you'll have the opportunity to step into a full management role and lead your own team.
