Road Construction Site Foreman McCrory CTI Services Houston, TX Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Full-time | Contract $18 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Bluebeam PlanGrid Concrete forming Organizational skills ProCore Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Road Construction Foreman to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blueprints, forming, and construction crew management, with the ability to lead teams effectively and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in any construction management software. Duties Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Coordinate and manage construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project tracking and reporting. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of project plans. Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Manage project budgets and assist in construction estimating to ensure financial efficiency. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and laborers on-site. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Skills Proficient in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of construction processes including project scheduling, budgeting, estimating, quality control, and blueprint reading. Experience in managing construction sites with a focus on safety protocols (OSHA compliance) and effective team supervision. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership qualities with proven supervising experience in the construction industry. Familiarity with pipeline construction practices is a plus. Ability to use an ohmmeter for electrical testing as needed on-site.
