Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for a hands-on Working Commercial Foreman to lead crews and actively contribute on-site. This role is perfect for a skilled leader who isn't afraid to lead by example. Duties Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications Ability to perform and/or supervise various construction activities including metal framing, drywall installation, ACT ceilings, setting door frames & doors, and hardware installation. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to streamline workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide team activities effectively Oversee quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other regulations Ability to read technical drawings accurately and ensure work aligns with specifications Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience working as a commercial site foreman. Bi-lingual strongly preferred. Must have clean driving record Must pass a criminal background check.
