Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This pivotal role involves managing daily operations on-site, supervising construction teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain clear communication and project alignment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide on-site activities Monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines Manage site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions Control project budgets by tracking costs, managing procurement, and overseeing resource allocation Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to scope of work Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and construction estimating software for project documentation and communication Supervise team members' performance; provide mentorship and resolve on-site issues promptly Skills Extensive experience in construction management with a proven track record supervising large-scale projects Proficiency with Primavera P6, Primavera P3, or other project scheduling tools; ability to develop detailed project timelines Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes using planswift or similar software Familiarity with contracts management, change orders, and legal aspects of construction projects Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings analysis Experience with construction site safety standards; OSHA certification required or equivalent knowledge Ability to operate testing equipment. Excellent management skills; capable of supervising teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus; experience supervising pipeline projects is advantageous Bilingual, spanish- English.
