Commercial Roofing Foreman / Lead Installer Core Commercial Roofing Lubbock, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract From $25 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Construction schedule coordination English Driver's License Managing teams in a construction management role Crew management Full Job Description About Us This is not a subcontractorjob posting Core Commercial Roofing is a Lubbock-based commercial roofing contractor working across West Texas — the Panhandle, South Plains, Big Country, Permian Basin, and Trans-Pecos. We're growing and looking to add the right guy to our crew. This is a hands-on, working position — you'll be on the roof every day, running the work and doing it alongside your crew. What You'll Be Doing Installing, recovering, and repairing commercial roofs — hands-on, every day Leading a small crew on-site while working right alongside them Reading plans and scope of work, then executing the job to spec Coordinating daily with our Project Manager on schedule, materials, and progress Handling jobsite documentation (photos, daily reports, safety) Keeping the site clean, the tools accounted for, and the customer happy What We're Looking For 3+ years of commercial roofing experience Hands-on background in single-ply systems and commercial roof application Comfortable leading a crew while still swinging a tool yourself Reliable, shows up on time, takes pride in the work Valid driver's license Willing to travel regionally (we cover travel pay and per diem) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not a requirement Helpers, Installers, and Roofers Welcome to Apply We're primarily looking for an experienced foreman, but if you've got solid commercial roofing experience as a helper, installer, or roofer — go ahead and apply.
