Plumbing Field Supervisor - D&D Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Midland, TX Be part of something great. D&D Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is looking for our next Plumbing Field Supervisor—someone who can lead from the front, support the team in the field, and help drive performance every day. This role is for someone who knows plumbing, knows people, and isn't afraid to jump in and help when needed. Requirements:

What We're Looking For in Our Plumbing Field Supervisor Journeyman Plumbing License required (minimum) At least 5 years of plumbing experience in a residential setting Proven leadership experience in a plumbing environment Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to coach, mentor, and hold technicians accountable Strong communication and organizational skills Team player with a hands-on, lead-by-example mindset Who We Are D&D Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is a growing company in Midland that takes pride in doing things the right way.
