$40•$50 per hour depending on experience + overtime

The Foreman will lead crews, plan and coordinate field operations, and ensure projects are completed to meet client quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise installation, repair, and maintenance of low-voltage systems including conduit, cabling, access control, and CCTV. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Inspect and test equipment and systems to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with technicians and sub-foremen to resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively. Provide training and enforce quality control standards among team members. Qualifications Proven hands-on experience in low-voltage (network/security) system installation. Prior experience as a Foreman or in a leadership role. Commercial project experience (semiconductor plants, data centers, or other large-scale facilities). Skilled in using power/hand tools and interpreting wiring diagrams and specifications. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Thorough knowledge of site safety practices and compliance standards. Preferred Experience Installation of access control, CCTV, motion sensors, and electronic locking systems. Structured cabling, fiber splicing/termination, and data center build-out experience. Installation of security hardware such as doors, controllers, and hinge wiring. Korean language ability (a plus, not required). Travel Requirement Must be willing to travel depending on project location. Most projects are within driving distance, but occasional out-of-town travel may be required. Travel expenses such as hotel and transportation will be covered for short-term assignments. Travel policies may vary for extended project assignments.
