On-Site Overview MasTec Communications Group is looking for a skilled and motivated Aerial Foreman to join our growing telecommunications construction team in Temple, Texas. This role is ideal for experienced telecom professionals who enjoy hands-on leadership, working outdoors, and leading crews through fast-paced infrastructure projects. As an Aerial Foreman, you will oversee aerial telecom construction projects while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. You'll work closely with crews, supervisors, and project managers to support the successful installation and maintenance of CATV, coaxial, and fiber optic infrastructure. Responsibilities Install and repair aerial CATV, coaxial, and fiber optic cable Place, relocate, and remove poles, lines, drop wire, and block wire Lead and direct daily activities of aerial construction crews Ensure all work is completed according to approved project specifications Set up and maintain job site safety per OSHA standards Coordinate with Area Supervisors and Managers regarding project progress Maintain crew documentation, time records, and productivity tracking Oversee daily schedules and delivery coordination Mentor and support team members on-site Operate and supervise use of bucket trucks, diggers, and derrick trucks
