Job Title:
Construction Foreman (Experienced Only)
Location:
Tomball, TX (Travel Required)

  • 45/hr About the Role Diamond Drilling & Sawing is hiring an experienced Foreman to run field operations in concrete cutting, drilling, demolition, and pipeline/cathodic protection work.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be expected to run jobs end-to-end with minimal oversight. If you need constant direction, this is not the role. What You'll Be Doing Run jobs from start to finish: layout verification, execution, and closeout Lead and manage crews daily—assign work, maintain pace, and drive production Plan work 3-10 days ahead: manpower, tools, materials, sequencing Coordinate multiple scopes or crews on a job without losing safety or quality Enforce safety beyond basics: pre-task planning, hazard controls, and accountability Manage equipment, tools, and materials to prevent downtime Communicate daily with PMs and customers—clear status, no surprises Identify and document out-of-scope work and field changes for pricing Own quality control—verify specs before work starts and prevent rework Complete all daily reporting: tickets, photos, quantities, and time Close out jobs properly: punch lists, as-builts/photos, cleanup, and restoration Requirements Proven experience running construction jobs independently (not just assisting) Background in concrete cutting, civil, or pipeline work preferred Ability to manage crews, production, and job sequencing without supervision Strong communication with customers, inspectors, and internal team Experience coordinating access, permits, and jobsite constraints Comfortable with documentation, photos, and daily reporting Valid driver's license required Must obtain CDL within 90 days of hire (company support available if needed) Willing to travel and work overtime as needed Must live within commuting distance of Tomball, TX (this is required) Must be able to report to the yard with short notice for mobilization This is not a fly-in/fly-out position What Success Looks Like Jobs are safe, organized, and on schedule Crews stay productive with minimal downtime No surprises to PM or customer Clean job closeouts with complete documentation
