We install full structural shells in days, not weeks. We're looking for a Lead Framer who can run a crew, move efficiently, and execute at a high level in the field. If you like working hard, traveling, and building things quickly with a tight team, you'll fit right in. Position Overview The Lead Framer will oversee installation of panelized home systems on job sites across multiple states. This role is responsible for leading a small set crew, maintaining production pace, and ensuring builds are installed accurately and safely. This is a high-paced field role . Travel is required and projects move quickly. Key Responsibilities Lead a framing crew during panelized home installations Read and interpret construction drawings and layout plans Coordinate panel placement and structural assembly Maintain production pace to meet aggressive install schedules Ensure framing accuracy, plumb, and structural alignment Communicate with project managers and site supervisors Manage crew workflow, safety, and jobsite organization Troubleshoot field conditions and solve problems on site Requirements 5+ years residential framing experience Experience leading framing crews Strong ability to read construction plans Comfortable working in fast-paced jobsite environments Willingness to travel regularly for projects Reliable transportation and ability to mobilize quickly Strong work ethic and leadership mindset Preferred Experience Panelized or modular construction Crane set experience Advanced framing methods Production framing environments What We're Looking For Someone who moves fast and takes pride in their work A leader who keeps crews productive and organized Someone comfortable working on the road Problem-solvers who don't freeze when field conditions change Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Travel opportunities Consistent project pipeline Opportunity to grow into larger field leadership roles How to Apply Send your resume or work history to:
