We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman specializing in high-end residential landscape construction and design execution . This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, organization, client communication, and delivering exceptional outdoor environments. Responsibilities Lead and manage landscape construction crews on luxury residential projects Read and execute landscape plans, elevations, and construction details Coordinate daily jobsite operations, scheduling, materials, and equipment Install and oversee: Hardscape Retaining walls Irrigation Drainage Landscape lighting Planting Outdoor living features Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to high quality standards Communicate professionally with homeowners, designers, subcontractors, and project managers Maintain safe and organized jobsites Qualifications 5+ years experience in landscape construction Foreman or crew leadership experience required Strong knowledge of high-end residential landscape construction Ability to read landscape and construction plans Experience operating landscape equipment and managing crews Strong attention to detail and finish quality Valid driver's license required CDL is a plus Heavy Machine Operation experience Ideal Candidate Self-motivated and dependable High standards for craftsmanship Professional appearance and communication Problem solver who can manage projects independently Experience working on luxury residential properties Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Growth opportunities
