reviews Full-time Hadco Construction is seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to oversee and lead crews on sewer, water, and storm drain projects. This role requires hands-on pipe installation knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to operate equipment effectively in the field. What You'll Do Operate trackhoe to dig trench, prep holes, set pipe, and backfill Supervise and direct backfill operators, pipe layers, and laborers Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently Prepare daily timecards with multiple tasks, machines, and employees Maintain a clean and safe work area while identifying and addressing hazards Comply with all safety guidelines and requirements What We're Looking For At least 5 years of sewer, water, and storm drain pipe experience Ability to read plans, shoot and understand grades, and set up a pipe laser Proven leadership skills in managing crews and coordinating work Valid U.S. driver's license and DOT Medical Card Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Must be at least 18 years old Physical Demands & Working Conditions Frequent climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 50-100 lbs Regular crouching, kneeling, and use of heavy machinery Work performed outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and noise levels Exposure to hazards such as moving equipment, vehicles, electrical current, chemicals, and elevated work areas Vehicle operation may include inspecting, fueling, minor maintenance, and extended driving while following all traffic laws Why Join Hadco?
