None Required The Opportunity You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of massive earthwork and precision grading projects. This role gives you the autonomy to direct heavy machinery operations while directly shaping infrastructure assets for a growing firm. You will bridge the gap between engineering plans and real-world site execution, ensuring maximum production efficiency. How You Will Make an Impact Supervise and mentor daily field crews to ensure exact subgrade specifications are met safely. Direct the strategic positioning and deployment of heavy earthmoving equipment across complex terrains. Interpret intricate civil blueprints and structural engineering plans to guide on-site grade setting. Manage jobsite logistics and resource allocations while monitoring project budget versus actual cost. Negotiate and collaborate effectively with owner representatives and municipal inspectors during site validation. Resolve real-time field challenges calmly in high-stress environments to prevent costly project delays. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven field leadership experience managing earthwork and grading crews within civil construction. Advanced proficiency in reading, interpreting, and executing detailed civil engineering plans and blueprints. Demonstrated ability to manage field operations in alignment with strict project cost parameters. Absolute willingness to travel to various project assignments up to 20% of your working hours. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 5 or more years of dedicated leadership experience specifically within civil grading and mass earthwork. Strong background working directly with owner representatives, civil engineers, and regulatory site inspectors.
