We specialize in high-quality bathroom remodels with a focus on speed, communication, and clean, professional installs. We are growing fast and looking for a lead installer who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that actually cares about doing things right.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead 1-day bathroom remodel installs (Bath Planet systems) Oversee helper/crew member Ensure installs are completed on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality Handle basic plumbing (valves, drains, PEX) Communicate clearly with homeowners Maintain a clean, professional job site

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of bathroom remodeling or similar experience Strong install skills (walls, pans, trim) Basic plumbing knowledge (valves, drains, PEX) Ability to lead a job and stay on schedule Reliable, accountable, and takes ownership Good communication (no disappearing on customers)

Bonus If You Have:

Plumbing experience Experience with acrylic/wet space systems Experience leading a crew $35-$45/hour (based on experience) Per-job bonuses for performance Opportunity for rapid growth into crew leader or trainer Consistent work year-round
