About Us We're a fast-growing plumbing and mechanical contractor specializing in commercial and industrial projects, not residential. Our team takes pride in high-quality workmanship, safety, and team leadership on job sites. We're looking for experienced, licensed professionals who are ready to step into a leadership role and help drive project success. Foreman Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Licensed Journeyman Plumber with at least 3 years of experience running crews and managing subcontractors. This role involves hands-on work and team leadership across full-scope plumbing and mechanical piping installations. Oversee day-to-day operations on commercial/industrial job sites Lead and mentor journeymen and apprentices Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Perform and oversee all phases of plumbing installation—from underground rough-in to top-out and finish Ensure work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards Manage weekly lookaheads Create schedules up to 6 weeks out Order materials ahead of installation Risk Management Communication skills Minimum Qualifications Valid Utah Journeyman Plumbing License (required) Minimum 3 years of crew leadership experience in commercial/industrial plumbing Experience working with and managing subcontractors Proven ability to lead plumbing teams from rough-in to final install Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specs Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Physically able to work in all weather conditions and on active construction sites Strong understanding of OSHA standards and jobsite safety protocols Work Schedule & Expectations 50 hours per week (Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday work) Commercial job sites throughout the Salt Lake City and Ogden areas Must be reliable, punctual, and professional What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Provided work truck Health insurance Paid vacation and holidays Retirement plan Training and leadership development Opportunities for advancement in a growing company #
