$75,000 - $85,000 per year Job Details - The Foreman is a critical member of our field leadership team, responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects meet our standards for quality, safety, and schedule adherence. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring hands-on leadership and collaboration with project managers and superintendents. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including safety, logistics, and quality control. Supervise trades, subcontractors, and laborers to achieve project goals. Interpret and enforce construction plans, specifications, and building codes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and company policies. Provide training and mentorship to field staff, fostering a culture of craftsmanship. Communicate progress and resolve challenges with project managers and superintendents. Assist with site layout, material deliveries, and equipment coordination. Serve as the primary on-site contact for subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or construction-related degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in high-end residential, resort, or commercial construction. Previous supervisory or lead role experience required. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations. OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Comfortable with technology (tablets, smartphones, construction software).
