The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be proficient in overseeing projects from inception to completion. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers on-site. Billing of projects in accordance to work that has been completed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards. Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and Primavera for project tracking and reporting. Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction processes effectively. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. Manage resources effectively, including materials, tools, and equipment. Assist in construction estimating and budgeting processes. Train and mentor team members in best practices and safety protocols. Maintain clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or a similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction management software and billing experience (Procore, GC Pay, Quickbooks). Familiarity with tools such as ohmmeters for electrical work is a plus. Excellent skills in blueprint reading and interpretation. Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and safety practices on job sites. Ability to build effective teams through strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
