Commercial Roofing Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical expert and project leader for commercial roofing installations and repairs. You will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensure the highest quality standards, and provide expert guidance to customers, contractors, and field crews. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on roofing professional who enjoys both technical problem-solving and client-facing work, with strong earning potential through base salary plus commission. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines and project goals Interpret and enforce installation specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and local building codes Perform site inspections to verify quality, safety, and compliance Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction Quickly identify and resolve project issues, delays, or safety concerns Train and mentor roofing crews on best practices and safety procedures Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards Assist with estimating, bidding, and scope development as needed Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial roofing Leadership or management experience is strongly preferred Deep technical knowledge of major roofing systems, including: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) Strong understanding of installation specifications, manufacturer requirements, and warranty standards Proven ability to manage projects, schedules, and budgets Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive base salary of $52,000-$75,000 based on experience Uncapped commission potential Opportunities for growth and advancement Hands-on role with variety and technical challenge If you are a knowledgeable commercial roofing professional who takes pride in delivering quality projects and building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you!
