This role blends leadership and execution; you will supervise crews and subcontractors while also stepping in to perform work as needed. The ideal candidate brings strong construction supervision experience, excellent communication, and a sharp attention to detail to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise field operations for active construction projects Manage and direct staff and subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to scope Maintain control of job sites from start to finish, aligning work with project schedules Perform hands-on construction work when necessary, across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, paint, etc.) Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and progress updates with customers Ensure proper documentation, timekeeping, and use of company systems (DASH) Order materials and coordinate job site logistics Train and mentor Reconstruction Technicians Support Project Managers with project startup, permits, and closeout processes Qualifications Proven construction supervision experience Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams High level of attention to detail and job site accountability Ability and willingness to be hands-on in the field when needed Experience managing crews and subcontractors Working knowledge of multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, basic plumbing/electrical, flooring, etc.) Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities Preferred Certifications WRT (Water Restoration Technician) FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician) OSHA 10 Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments, including extreme temperatures Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the day Why Join RestoreCore?
