Industrial Electrician Foreman Requirements:

5 + Years of Commercial/Industrial Electrical experience required Foreman / Leadership experience required Experience Reading/Interpreting Blueprints, Schematics, and Electrical Drawings required Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred

Industrial Electrician Foreman Responsibilities:

This role involves leading and working alongside electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites, overseeing daily operations, and coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment Responsibilities include supervising crews of 5+ electricians, assisting with installations, and troubleshooting project issues Duties also include reading blueprints, troubleshooting electrical problems, and coordinating with project managers, clients, and other trades to keep projects on schedule Work includes 480V / 3-phase power, conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, MCCs, motor controls, and control systems Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to safety standards and practices.
