Job Description

Skillforce is seeking an experienced Industrial Pipefitter Foreman to lead process piping crews on commercial and industrial projects across the Richmond, VA area. This is ongoing project work with steady project flow - plant-side process pipe, not plumbing or sprinkler. Pay and Schedule $30-$35/hr W-2 (DOE) 1st shift, full-time Weekly pay Overtime available based on project schedule Responsibilities Lead a crew installing Schedule 40 and industrial process pipe Run gas lines, boiler tie-ins, and overhead process piping at plant and manufacturing sites Read isometric drawings and P&IDs; lay out installs from print Direct journeyman pipefitters, welders, and helpers Coordinate with site superintendents on schedule, safety, and material flow Qualifications 5+ years industrial pipefitting experience 2+ years in a lead or foreman role Strong on Schedule 40, gas piping, and industrial process pipe Comfortable reading isometrics and mechanical prints OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred; valid driver's license required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Benefits Weekly pay Medical, dental, vision PTO and paid holidays 401(k) Employee referral program
