Job Description Job Description Job Description Electrical Foreman - Commercial Construction Virginia We are actively hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical crews on projects in Virginia. This role is ideal for someone with strong field leadership experience who can manage manpower, coordinate crews, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. We're looking for a hands-on leader with a strong commercial electrical background and the ability to manage day-to-day field operations on fast-paced construction projects. Responsibilities Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews on active job sites Coordinate daily work activities and manpower planning Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project drawings Work closely with project managers and superintendents to maintain schedules Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code Coordinate material needs and support project planning efforts Mentor apprentices and support crew development Qualifications Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman on commercial construction projects Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and installation methods Experience managing crews and coordinating subcontractors Ability to read blueprints and manage project schedules in the field Strong leadership and communication skills OSHA certification preferred What's Offered Competitive pay based on experience Steady pipeline of commercial work Growth opportunities with a strong electrical contractor Long-term opportunity for the right candidate If interested or if you know someone who may be a fit, send me a message directly.
