Job Description
N. W. Martin & Brothers is looking for a Roofing Foreman in Commercial Roofing that is responsible for daily production of the crew, and works closely with project managers and company Superintendents. The roofing foreman should meet the following qualifications: 1. In depth knowledge of major commercial roof systems such as build up, metal, slate & tile, flat (pvc-tpo-epdm), cold process, shingle, and torched down roofs. 2. Able to manage and direct roofers on the job. 3. Oversee the daily operations of the roofing crew. 4. Drive the crew to the job site with company vehicle. 5. Ensure all materials and tools are available for the crew on the job. 6. Communicate with Superintendents of material needs on the job. 7. Works closely with company Project Managers and Superintendents. 8. Good driving record. No DUI or reckless driving violations. 9. Ensure that the crew is producing according to schedules, and responsible for job progress. 10. Produce daily production reports of the work performed on the job.
