In this role, you will oversee residential building projects, coordinate teams, and ensure quality standards are met. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver exceptional craftsmanship while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape beautiful homes and lead a dedicated team of construction professionals with energy and purpose. Duties Lead and supervise all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and progress; address issues proactively. Implement quality assurance measures, conduct site audits, and ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Supervise team members' daily activities, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative work environment focused on excellence. Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, safety records, and progress reports for transparency and accountability. Experience Proven management experience leading residential construction projects with a strong track record of supervising teams effectively. 2- 5 years construction experience. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment on all sites. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, managing subcontractor contracts, and ensuring quality control throughout the build process. Supervising experience that highlights leadership skills in managing diverse teams within residential construction settings.
