The Role We're hiring Paint Crew Leads / Foremen to run job sites, lead small crews, and deliver consistent, high-quality results on residential and commercial projects across the Greater Seattle area. This is a leadership role. You'll be responsible for the crew, the site, and the finished product. Compensation & Benefits $30
