The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of landscaping practices. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping projects while supervising team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Supervise team members in landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Manage resources effectively to meet deadlines. Perform landscape installations, including planting, irrigation setup, and hardscaping. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in landscape practices, including use of: heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc. Supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively. Ability to work with Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Subcontractors to stay on schedule and budget. Knowledge of irrigation systems and maintenance techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. Must have the ability to work outside in all environments and perform a physically demanding job.
