Our firm installs all facets of landscape from hardscape to softscape as well as offering superior sprinkler service. We pride ourselves on offering high-end landscape designs and quality installation while provided creative and environmentally friendly landscape solutions for our clients' outdoor entertainment vision. Positions are seasonal full-time. March-November full-time. December-February snow/ice management as weather requires. In search of experienced Landscape Construction Foreman that has knowledge in both residential and commercial construction. Pay is based on the extent of your experience. Must have driver's license with clean driving abstract. Class A CDL preferred but not required.

Skills and Requirements:

Construction of rock and modular walls, pavers, water features Proficiency in equipment operation and maintenance (mini excavator, skid steer, etc.) Plant knowledge and ID as well as proper planting techniques As a foreman, you are in charge of your crew's safety and productivity, thus leadership skills are crucial Organizing crew and guidance Management of tasks, materials, and timelines Communication skills to work with project managers, construction managers, as well as your leadman to keep the project rolling as planned and within budget Ability to perform a physically demanding job Respect for the client's property and company equipment Familiarity with sprinkler systems Physically capable of lifting/carrying heavy landscape material Have reliable transportation to Argonne and Bigelow Gulch (no bus route) Clean driving record and license Display positive attitude and professionalism to represent the company End of Season Bonus•based on attendance & profitability
