Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Remodel Carpenter to join our team specializing in high-quality kitchen and bathroom renovations. This role involves full-cycle remodeling work—from demolition through finish carpentry—with a strong emphasis on precision craftsmanship in kitchens, bathrooms, and most every other area of residential interiors. The ideal candidate takes pride in transforming spaces, works cleanly and efficiently, and delivers exceptional results that exceed client expectations. Frame and install new structural elements, including walls, floors, ceilings, and support structures as needed for remodels. Execute finish carpentry tasks with high attention to detail: custom cabinet installation, crown molding, baseboards, door and window casing, built-ins, shelving, and trim work. Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, vanities, and hardware. Hang, trim, and install interior doors, windows, and millwork. Install or assist with flooring (hardwood, tile, luxury vinyl, etc.), backsplashes, and wall tile. Collaborate with plumbers, electricians, and other trades to ensure proper sequencing and integration of mechanical systems. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout the project. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members regarding progress, challenges, and changes. Requirements & Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience in residential remodeling, with significant focus on kitchens and bathrooms. Strong proficiency in all phases of carpentry: rough framing, demo, drywall, and high-end finish work. Experience installing kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and specialty trim. Ability to work independently and as part of a crew with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Own basic hand tools and power tools (table saw, miter saw, nail guns, etc.). Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards. Preferred Skills Experience with custom millwork and built-in cabinetry. Tile setting and stone fabrication/ installation knowledge.
