Construction Foreman

Overview We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to lead our construction team in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of carpentry techniques, construction management, and safety regulations. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within specifications while maintaining a safe work environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpenters and other construction workers on-site. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate project execution. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting. Collaborate with project managers to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. Train and mentor junior carpenters in best practices and techniques. Perform quality control checks on work completed by the team to ensure adherence to specifications. Requirements Proven experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Familiarity with budgeting processes related to construction projects. Strong knowledge of contract management and compliance with industry standards. documentation and collaboration and understanding of schematics related to carpentry projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of pipeline construction processes is a plus but not mandatory.
