Hardscape Foreman

We are not a training crew—we're a performance-driven team looking for skilled installers and foremen who can step in and produce high-quality work from day one. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in hardscape installation (paver patios, seat walls, firepits, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, walkways, grading, drainage, etc) Ability to read layouts, manage project timelines, ensure safety compliance and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on every job•without constant supervision Strong understanding of proper base installation and long-term durability Clean, precise work•cuts, lines, and finish matter here (the details matter to us) Reliable, on time, and ready to work every day Team players who communicate clearly and respect the craft

Pay:

$30•38/hr depending on experience and production Position can be spring through fall for the hardscape season or year round with commercial snow removal as a snow operator (truck, wheel loader, tractor, skid etc).
