About Us:
Pikus Remodeling is a growing residential remodeling company dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We specialize in kitchen, bathroom, whole-home renovations, and home additions, bringing our clients' visions to life with attention to detail and professionalism.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Residential Remodeler to join our team. This role involves working on a variety of residential remodeling projects, requiring a strong understanding of construction techniques, tools, and job site safety.
Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry work including framing, trim, cabinetry installation, and finishing Assist with kitchen, bathroom, full-home remodels, and home additions Read and interpret blueprints and project plans Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Qualifications:
Knowledge of residential construction practices Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment Basic hand tools are required Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly Must know how to read and use a tape measure Must be willing to work 40 hours per week Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (Not Required): 2+ years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction Experience with tile and drywall Experience with power tools
