Job Description

Overview Stone Builders LLC specializes in new construction rough framing of homes and apartment buildings, and is looking to add an experienced Rough Framing Foreman to lead and oversee all aspects of residential framing projects. This role involves managing on-site operations, supervising skilled carpenters, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a deep understanding of framing techniques. Duties Expected to work along side the crew daily, performing all framing related tasks necessary to complete the job, as well as lead and supervise framing crews on residential jobs ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to coordinate framing activities accurately. Manage daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination. Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards. Monitor project progress against schedules. Conduct quality control checks to ensure framing work meets industry standards and client expectations. Supervise crew members and provide training on proper framing techniques and safety procedures. Qualifications Proven management experience in construction or residential framing projects with a strong background in supervising teams on-site. Extensive construction site experience with a focus on rough framing; familiarity with blueprint reading. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations; ability to enforce safety standards consistently across projects. Skilled in project scheduling, quality control, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
