Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dependable Day Laborers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will perform a variety of manual tasks across different construction sites, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry, develop a wide range of skills, and contribute to exciting building projects. All work is paid, and this role is ideal for individuals eager to learn, work hard, and be part of a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Assist with general site cleanup, material movement, and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and preparing materials using hand tools and power tools Help with the installation of various building components including framing, drywall, flooring, tile, and cabinetry Participate in work as needed to support ongoing construction activities Operate heavy equipment under supervision for site preparation or material handling Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and assist with installation tasks like glass or door hanging Follow safety protocols diligently while handling tools such as scaffolding, caulking guns, or gutter installation equipment Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related manual labor roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with construction tools, including hand tools and power tools, is advantageous Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, or basic construction management practices is a plus Experience with specific trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry (including trim carpentry or framing), and gutter installation will be highly valued Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively is desirable Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day are necessary for success in this role Join us if you're ready to build your skills in a fast-paced environment where your effort makes a real impact!
