Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential Construction Worker and be a vital part of transforming houses into beautiful, functional homes! Responsibilities Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of residential structures, including framing, drywall, and trim carpentry Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete various tasks on-site Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution Install doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, tile, glass panels, and other fixtures according to specifications Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project Collaborate with team members to manage project timelines and maintain a safe work environment at all times Assist with demolition, restoration projects, and site cleanup as needed to support seamless project flow Experience Prior experience working on residential construction sites or related fields is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes is advantageous Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings is highly desirable Skills in the installation of appliances, electrical work, framing, or heavy equipment operation will set you apart Knowledge of various construction techniques, including framing, carpentry, and remodeling, is beneficial Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites ensures a secure working environment for everyone Join us today to build your career in residential construction!
