Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various phases of construction projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Your hands-on expertise will help bring building visions to life, from foundational work to finishing touches. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction and eager to develop their skills across multiple trades. We have openings at various skill and experience levels. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing, grading, and setting up safety barriers to ensure a secure work environment Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete finishing Perform tasks related to carpentry, roofing, and flooring installation with precision Conduct routine inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Handle fabrication tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling materials for various construction components Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes Familiarity with construction inspection procedures and quality control measures Skilled in various trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), masonry, roofing, plastering, tile laying, glass installation, cabinet installation, caulking, restoration work, and welding Ability to perform concrete forming and finishing tasks with attention to detail Understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Join our team if you're ready to build your career in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact!
