Landscape Laborer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. Our work season is approximately May 1st-October 15th, with the possibility of transitioning into a year-round position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role is essential in maintaining a productive work environment on-site. Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively. Operate basic hand tools. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Comply with all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning as required. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive work. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 80 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
