About Us H&H Truck and Outdoor is an established 37 year old company located in Alabaster, AL, looking for Construction Laborer applicants for a full time position. At H&H, we build and install custom Steel Structures, Garages, and Carports that are built on site. We are looking for leaders who excel in a team environment. Our team takes pride in quality craftsmanship and getting the job done right. Make H&H Truck and Outdoor your career! Position Summary We're hiring Construction Laborers to help assemble and install metal carports, garages, and RV covers. You'll work on a team at various job sites, using tools to construct durable steel structures that stand up to the elements. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills or take the next step in a hands-on, reliable career. This opening pays up to $25 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Assist with the construction and installation of metal buildings, carports, and RV covers Load/unload materials and prepare job sites for installation Measure, cut, and secure building components using hand and power tools Follow blueprints or build instructions on-site Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate with team members and crew leads to ensure efficient workflow Travel to job sites (typically within the region - home most nights) Qualifications Prior construction, roofing, or general labor experience is a plus - but we're willing to train the right person Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform physical tasks throughout the day Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Benefits Competitive hourly pay (up to $25 per hour based on experience) Full-time hours with consistent work year-round (typically 50 hours per week) On-the-job training and opportunities to advance Team-oriented work environment Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401k Paid vacation Why Work with Us?
