RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare the construction site by removing debris and possible hazardsLoad or unload building materials needed for the projectOperate material handling equipment, heavy machinery, and toolsBuild or disassemble bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structuresDig trenches, backfill holes, or compact landInspect equipment to ensure safety and functionalityFollow plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workersErect traffic signage and regulate incoming/outgoing trafficMix, pour, and level concreteCollaborate with the team to meet deadlinesRead and understand blueprintsComply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gearOther tasks assigned by management
