What You'll Do (The Training Path) You will start as a General Laborer, supporting our crews as we install North Alabama's critical infrastructure: highly secure Federal/DoD sites (such as Redstone Arsenal), Data Centers, VA Medical Centers, and other essential facilities. As you grow, we will teach you the technical skills of the trade, including:

Ground Support:

Assisting with trenching, directional drilling, and excavation. The Tools of the

Trade:

Learning to safely use demo saws (asphalt/concrete), jackhammers, power tools, excavators, locators, and directional drills.

Utility Mapping:

Learning how to read utility locates and "pothole" safely to identify live lines.

Equipment Operation:

As you prove your reliability, you will be trained on Excavators, HydroVacs, and Directional Drills.

Safety Excellence:

Learning OSHA standards and how to work safely around "live" water, gas, and electric lines. What We Expect From You Hunger to

CDL Class A:

We will pay for and provide CDL Class A training . Mandatory Driving & Safety Requirements and Insurability We perform a high volume of government contract work, and our insurance requires strict driver eligibility. A Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be checked. If any of the following apply from the past 5 years, you will not be eligible. •

DUI/DWI:

One or more convictions within the last 5 years. •

Moving Violations:

3 or more moving violations (including speeding tickets). •

Accidents:

2 or more accidents. •

Combined Record:

A combination of 2 moving violations and 1 or more accidents. Other Requirements •

Drug Test:

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. •

Reliability:

Daily commute to our Huntsville yard by 6:30 AM. •

Physicality:

Ability to lift 80 lbs and work outdoors in all Alabama weather conditions. •
