Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a General Labor Construction worker, where your energy and dedication will help build and maintain essential infrastructure. In this role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks, operate heavy equipment, and support the overall progress of construction projects. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling to ensure smooth workflow Support paving activities and other construction tasks according to project specifications Perform utility locating to identify underground utilities before excavation or drilling Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment for all team members Support the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including fencing and signage Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Experience Prior experience working on construction sites is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and dump trucks is advantageous Knowledge of utility locating techniques and tools is a plus Hands-on experience with paving or general construction tasks is beneficial Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively in a team environment Basic understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in construction while contributing to impactful projects.
