Job Description

Job Description Telecommunications Laborer Overview:
We are seeking an entry-level Telecommunications Laborer to support the installation and setup of telecommunications wiring and infrastructure. This role is ideal for individuals with a basic understanding of electrical work who are comfortable working with their hands and following instructions on job sites.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with installing, routing, and securing telecommunications wiring
  • Support build-out of basic telecom infrastructure in commercial or industrial buildings
  • Pull cable, install conduit, and perform basic wire terminations as directed
  • Use basic hand and power tools safely
  • Follow safety guidelines and job site instructions

Skills and Requirements Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of electrical work or low-voltage systems
  • Ability to use basic hand tools (drills, wire cutters, etc.)
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Comfortable working on job sites and being on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Preferred (Not Required):
  • Previous experience in telecommunications, electrical, or construction work
  • Experience pulling or installing wiring
