Pay:

$16•18/hour OR per project (based on experience) Job Summary Top Tier Remodeling is seeking experienced independent contractors for residential remodeling projects. This role is ideal for skilled trades professionals who can work independently and deliver high-quality craftsmanship. Even if you don't have experience but are willing to work hard and learn•we will teach you! We work mostly on residential remodel projects, utilizing hands-on skills and technical knowledge. Responsibilities Perform residential remodeling work including painting, framing, drywall, flooring, trim, and installations Complete assigned project tasks efficiently and with attention to detail Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate progress, timelines, and any issues Ensure all work meets company quality standards Requirements 2+ years of remodeling OR construction experience Must have your own tools and reliable transportation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license Clean Drug Test Preferred Qualifications Finish carpentry experience Tile or flooring installation Cabinet installation Painting and drywall finishing Additional Requirements Must be able to lift 50+ lbs Must be comfortable working in residential homes Compensation & Schedule Flexible schedule based on project availability•usually M•F 8a-5p, some weekends available for overtime Consistent work opportunities for reliable contractors Prompt payment Some project are out of town and travel will be needed (compensation for travel) Important This is a 1099 independent contractor role , not a W-2 position.
