In this energetic role, you will work hands-on with a variety of landscape construction projects, from installing rock and planting to finishing touches that elevate landscapes to the next level. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, your enthusiasm and dedication will help us create exceptional landscapes that inspire. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation, excavation, and material transportation. Perform site inspections to ensure safety standards are met and work aligns with design specifications. Use hand tools and power tools for tasks including rock spreading, planting, wrenching, etc. Support in landscape planting, soil preparation, irrigation setup, and other softscape installations. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results on every job. Experience Previous experience working on construction sites or in landscaping is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued highly. Familiarity with construction management practices Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings enhances your ability to execute projects accurately. Hands-on experience with irrigation, electrical systems related to landscape features, or restoration projects is advantageous. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures is required.
