Full-Time Position Overview Durus Industrial is seeking skilled structural ironworkers capable of executing steel erection and installation scopes in heavy industrial and infrastructure environments. Durus is actively supporting large-scale infrastructure efforts, requiring crews who are capable of working in remote, high-production environments on sustained project schedules. Core Responsibilities Erect, align, and install structural steel, pipe racks, platforms, and supports Perform bolt-up, connecting, and rigging operations Read and interpret structural drawings and erection plans Execute field layout, fit-up, and structural modifications Work at heights using proper fall protection and safety systems Qualifications 5+ years of industrial construction experience Strong working knowledge of structural drawings and field layout Proven ability to work safely at heights and in active jobsite conditions Experience with rigging, signaling, and steel erection practices Ability to operate lifts, tools, and equipment Work Environment & Expectations Travel required across AZ, NM, and surrounding regions Active work on remote project sites Extended work schedules aligned with long-duration projects (not short-term outage work) Work performed in remote environments (as applicable) Outdoor work in extreme conditions (heat, dust, terrain) Zero-tolerance safety culture—PPE and compliance required at all times Compensation Highly competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities tied to project demands Per diem for qualifying projects Benefits package available
