Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and be a vital part of building and renovating structures that make a difference! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to residential renovations. You will utilize your hands-on skills, technical knowledge, and physical strength to contribute to high-quality craftsmanship. Duties Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including site cleanup and material organization Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, and concrete finishing Install rebar, metal studs, and other structural components following schematics and blueprints Mix and pour concrete using mixers and pumps; perform concrete forming and finishing to ensure smooth surfaces Execute masonry tasks including bricklaying, stucco application, tile laying, and restoration work Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as moving materials, installing heavy equipment, or working at heights on scaffolding or roofs Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, basic construction. Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in operating heavy machinery and power tools Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with attention to detail Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing strenuous tasks in all weather conditions Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction site operations; valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus Experience with concrete pumping, metal stud framing, and or tile installation or stucco application is advantageous Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and adhering to safety standards Embark on a rewarding career where your skills build the future!
